Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient resource utilization, and timely achievement of business objectives. The role involves managing inventory, production, dispatch, logistics, team performance, and process improvements while maintaining quality standards and controlling operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business operations.
- Oversee production, inventory, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, purchase, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
- Control operational costs and optimize resources.
- Lead, train, and supervise operational staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
- 1–3 years of management experience (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel .
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
