Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and interview coordination
- Employee records & HR documentation
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Staff onboarding and HR compliance
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- 1–3 years HR experience (hospital experience preferred)
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel , Google Sheets and HR processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
