- Supervise daily work activities to ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures.
- Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure employees and contractors use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before commencement of work.
- Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements for hot work, electrical work, confined space entry, excavation, and work-at-height activities.
- Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during electrical maintenance and commissioning activities.
- Report hazards, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to the Safety Officer or Project Manager.
- Assist in accident and incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor housekeeping and 5S practices to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Ensure emergency exits, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and safety equipment are readily available and accessible.
- Maintain safety inspection records, toolbox talk records, and daily safety reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors on safety-related matters.
- Support safety audits, customer inspections, and compliance assessments.
- Ensure all personnel attend safety induction training before starting work.
- Promote safety awareness and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
