Job Summary
The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, handling billing, and ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and compliant with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide courteous, professional assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable dry fruits, nuts, chocolates, dates, gift hampers, and other products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average bill value.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the cash counter.
- Maintain accurate stock on shelves and report low stock to the Store Manager.
- Ensure products are displayed as per company merchandising standards.
- Check product quality, expiry dates, and packaging regularly.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies related to hygiene, safety, cash handling, and inventory.
- Assist in stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass / PUC / Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, FMCG, food retail, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience
Experience in supermarkets, premium food retail, dry fruit stores, confectionery, bakery, or FMCG retail will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
