About the Role
Hayat Hospital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality standards across the hospital.
The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital quality management, NABH standards, documentation, audits, process monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality protocols, and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and monitoring hospital quality management systems
- Support NABH accreditation activities and compliance requirements
- Maintain quality records, policies, SOPs, manuals, and documentation
- Coordinate internal audits, departmental audits, and quality assessments
- Monitor quality indicators and prepare quality reports
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Assist in patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting for quality metrics
- Support staff training and awareness programs related to quality standards
- Maintain documentation required for inspections, audits, and accreditation processes
- Assist management in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Hospital Quality Management
- Experience in NABH accreditation processes preferred
- Good knowledge of hospital quality standards and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills
