Job Description: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)
Role Overview-
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales to join our team at UXDlab software. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth for our IT services and software solutions. Since this is an urgent requirement, we are strictly looking for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels like LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and pitch presentation to proposal submission and closing the deal.
Client Acquisition: Pitch IT services (UI/UX design, software/web development, mobile apps) effectively to international and domestic clients.
Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture relationship pipelines with prospective and existing clients to ensure retention and future business.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market competitive landscapes, and technical advancements to refine sales pitches.
Requirements & Skills-
Experience: 1–2 years of proven professional experience specifically in IT Sales / Software Service Sales.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical terms and software development lifecycles (Web, Mobile, UI/UX) to communicate effectively with clients.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a confident corporate pitching etiquette.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Notice Period: Must be available to join immediately.
