Job Summary
Rentelo is looking for an energetic Customer Support Representative to manage end-to-end customer interactions for our self-drive car and bike rental platform. You will handle inquiries, verify documents, and assist customers during their rental journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, chat, and emails regarding vehicle bookings, pricing, and availability. plus handling chats support
- Document Verification: Verify driving licenses and KYC documents before vehicle handovers.
- Booking Management: Guide customers through website/app bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- On-Road Assistance: Coordinate with the fleet team to assist customers during breakdowns or emergencies.
- Coordination: Work with hub teams to streamline smooth vehicle pickups and drops.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service, BPO, or hospitality (experience with rental/mobility platforms like Zoomcar, Bounce, or Ola is a plus).
- Languages: Fluent English and Kannada or Hindi are highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, and basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
