Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute email marketing, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing activities.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams for campaign execution.
- Generate regular reports and present insights to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of content marketing and social media strategies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Google Ads, Meta, or Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
