Promoter Supervisor is responsible for managing and supporting a team of promoters to ensure smooth retail operations and achieve sales targets. The role includes monitoring attendance, evaluating performance, assessing promoters' working capabilities, providing coaching and guidance, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. The supervisor also coordinates with store managers and internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall sales performance.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and team supervision.
- Prior experience in IT hardware products, preferably laptops, desktops, accessories, or consumer electronics.
- Experience in managing retail promoters.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
