Job Responsibilities:
- Assigned territory me PCD distributors / franchise partners banana aur develop karna
- Doctors, chemists aur stockists ke saath strong relationship maintain karna
- Company ke products ka promotion aur brand awareness badhana
- Orders lena, dispatch coordination aur payment follow-up karna
- Market se competitor analysis aur feedback company ko dena
- Monthly / weekly sales targets achieve karna
- Promotional inputs (visual aids, samples, schemes) ka effective use
- Distributor ke sales staff ko product training dena
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma / Any Graduate preferred)
- Pharma PCD / franchise sales ka 1–5 saal ka experience preferred
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented aur self-motivated
- Basic MS Excel / reporting knowledge
