Administrative Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate will oversee office maintenance, asset management, vendor coordination, client interactions, procurement activities, and liaison with external agencies.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Office Maintenance & Facility Management
- Ensure regular upkeep and cleanliness of office premises
- Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance services
- Supervise housekeeping staff or external agencies
- Conduct periodic inspections to maintain office standards
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain and update office asset inventory
- Monitor asset condition and coordinate repair/replacement
- Ensure proper utilization and security of company assets
Certificate Printing & Client Coordination
- Coordinate certificate printing as per company standards
- Ensure timely handover of certificates/documents to clients
- Maintain accurate records of issued documents
Client Payment Follow-Up
- Visit clients for collection of pending payments (as assigned)
- Follow up through calls, emails, and official communication
- Maintain documentation of client interactions
Procurement & Stock Management
- Manage stationery and office supply inventory
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment
- Coordinate with vendors for cost-effective procurement
Government & External Liaison
- Liaise with government departments and external agencies
- Handle document submissions, renewals, and compliance matters
- Represent the organization during inspections or official meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field
- 1 years of administrative or office management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel locally for official duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
