Core Responsibilities
- Tele-Sales & Follow-ups: Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to introduce our manufacturing products and close inquiries.
- WhatsApp Business Management: Handle all incoming customer queries, share digital catalogs, and maintain client relationships via WhatsApp.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute professional email campaigns for sending quotations and company profiles.
- Social Media Handling: Manage the company’s Instagram and Facebook pages, including posting regular updates to improve brand reach.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify new potential dealers or industrial clients through online directories and social media.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Education: Any Diploma, ITI, or Any Degree.
- Language Skills:
Tamil: Must be fluent in speaking to handle local clients.
English: Must be able to write professional emails.
Hindi: Must be able to speak/communicate
- Confidence: A high level of comfort making 30–40 phone calls per day.
- Computer Basics: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for lead tracking) and Gmail.
- Availability: Ready to work full-time from our office location.
Nice-to-Have Items (Preferred)
- Design Skills: Basic experience using Canva to create simple social media images.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center, inside sales, or digital marketing role (Freshers with great communication are also welcome).
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working for a manufacturing or engineering company.
