Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Handle end-to-end recruitment process
* Maintain HR databases and employee records
* Organize employee engagement activities
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
* Minimum 1 year experience OR 6 months HR internship experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in recruitment and employee engagement
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities make a jd in pdf
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
