Key Responsibilities:
⮚ Define and achieve Revenues and Volume Targets through team working
⮚ Guide, Mentor and motivate the sales team for target achievements and attaining market share objectives
⮚ Formulate and implement strategies aligning team targets with broader marketing initiatives and business goals
⮚ Manage Key accounts, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring high service level and client satisfaction
⮚ Forecasting and performance monitoring - Track team performance through regular sales reporting, pipeline reviews, and actionable market analysis
⮚ Market intelligence and competitive analysis - Stay attuned to industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and product positioning
⮚ Field & Technical Support Collaboration: Support team and customers with technical insights, trial coordination, and resolution of product-related issues in collaboration with R&D and support teams
⮚ Cross Functional Coordination; work closely with all other departments to ensure smooth operations
⮚ Account Receivables; ensure on time in full cash receivables management for the entire team
⮚ Sales Pipeline Management- ensure to guide and manage the team for maintaining a sales funnel for increasing business base and keep the management abreast
⮚ Timely reporting to the management team on all business needs as required by the company.
Candidate Specification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field; an MBA or PGDM with a focus on marketing or business is preferred
⮚ Background in Polymer, Paints, Adhesive industry
⮚ 4+Yrs of experience
⮚ Strong technical understanding of polymer chemical applications and formulations, with ability to translate this into commercially compelling solutions and support strategic sales efforts (for example Polymer, masterbatch, additives)
