Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism. Register new patients and maintain accurate OPD/IPD records. Schedule, confirm, and manage doctor consultation and Panchakarma therapy appointments. Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries regarding hospital services. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nursing staff, and pharmacy for patient flow. Handle billing, payments, receipts, and maintain daily cash records. Guide patients regarding consultation timings, treatment packages, investigations, and hospital policies. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records. Prepare daily appointment lists and reports. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and patient-friendly. Assist in insurance documentation and administrative tasks when required. Promote hospital wellness programs, preventive health packages, and Ayurvedic therapies. Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive in a hospital or healthcare setting. Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (HMS). Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is an advantage). Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service orientation with a pleasant personality. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments and Panchakarma services is desirable. Working Environment Hospital/Clinic reception desk. Rotational shifts as per hospital requirements. Professional attire and courteous behavior are mandatory at all times.
