Position: Structural Design Engineer – Hydraulic & Mechanical Presses
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and analyze structures for Hydraulic and Mechanical Presses.
* Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models of press frames and assemblies.
* Perform strength, stress, and load calculations for machine structures.
* Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and industry standards.
* Optimize structural designs for performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
* Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams during project execution.
* Support customization and development of special-purpose press machines.
* Review and improve existing press designs for enhanced reliability.
Required Expertise:
* Strong knowledge of machine structure design and fabrication.
* Experience in Hydraulic Press and Mechanical Press design.
* Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar.
* Understanding of FEA, stress analysis, and welding/fabrication practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
