Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operation Manager to oversee and manage security operations across multiple client locations. The candidate will be responsible for manpower deployment, client coordination, site management, statutory compliance, operational excellence, and ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
- Ensure timely deployment of security guards, supervisors, and other manpower as per client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and operational audits.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of deployed personnel.
- Prepare duty rosters, deployment plans, and replacement arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with PSARA, labour laws, PF, ESIC, and company policies.
- Conduct training sessions, refresher training, and toolbox talks for security personnel.
- Handle incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for recruitment, salary processing, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure availability of uniforms, equipment, and security-related resources at sites.
- Monitor client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Handle emergency situations and provide immediate operational support.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of security operations, manpower management, and statutory compliances.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and PSARA regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Security Services, Facility Management, Defence, Police, or Paramilitary background.
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Security Operations Management.
- Experience in handling multiple client locations and large manpower deployment is preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
