Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in Delhi NCR and North India.
* Generate new business from furniture dealers, School furniture leads, houseware distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Appoint and manage distributors in assigned territories.
* Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
* Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
* Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy dealer relationships.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of sales experience in furniture, School furniture , houseware, hardware, home utility, plastic products, or related industries.
* Strong network of dealers and distributors.
* Proven track record in channel sales and business development.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
