We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Fellow specializing in Water Treatment Technologies to support research, development, testing, and implementation of innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting applied research, pilot studies, data analysis, technical documentation, and project coordination related to sustainable water treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on water and wastewater treatment technologies, including physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments, pilot-scale studies, and field trials.
- Analyze water quality parameters and interpret experimental data.
- Develop innovative treatment methodologies for industrial, municipal, and drinking water applications.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with academic institutions, government agencies, consultants, and industry partners.
- Assist in grant proposals, research funding applications, and project submissions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and laboratory protocols.
- Mentor junior researchers, interns, and technical staff involved in research activities.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in water treatment and environmental sustainability.
Required Qualification
- Master’s Degree / Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of research experience in water treatment or wastewater management.
- Strong knowledge of membrane technologies, biological treatment, desalination, RO systems, filtration, adsorption, and advanced oxidation processes.
- Experience in laboratory analysis and use of analytical instruments.
- Proficiency in research documentation, statistical analysis, and technical report writing.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and water quality standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Experience in publishing research papers or patents is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
