Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement SOPs, operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage the workflow of projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Product and Project Management:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to maximise productivity.
- Sourcing employees by evaluating their potential
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
