Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur, meant for a Head of Performance Marketing. The individual will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive growth. They will analyze campaign metrics, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The role involves utilizing web analytics to track performance and oversee campaign adjustments based on real-time data to improve outcomes. Additionally, the Head of Performance Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, including launching and managing campaigns to drive measurable results
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Web Analytics for creating data-driven strategies and interpreting campaign performance
- Experience in Performance Management and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve KPIs efficiently
- Proven Team Leadership abilities to mentor, guide, and inspire marketing teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams
- Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is an advantage
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
Pay: ₹11,251.34 - ₹50,000.00 per month
