About the Role
SIMMFA, the EdTech arm of Soundkraft, is expanding its footprint in the music and creative education sector. We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives and Business Development Managers to drive course enrollments, build institutional partnerships, and expand our presence across India.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education, music, and high-performance sales and want to grow in the fast-growing EdTech industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2C Sales – Course Enrollments
- Promote and sell hobby music courses and professional music programs offered by SIMMFA.
- Counsel students and parents regarding course options and career opportunities in music.
- Convert leads into admissions for certificate, diploma, and degree programs in music.
- Manage the complete admission sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
B2B Business Development
- Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
- Create and manage institutional tie-ups for music education programs, workshops, and certifications.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with decision-makers in educational institutions and corporate organizations.
Market Expansion
- Identify new markets and partnership opportunities across India.
- Represent SIMMFA at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Experience RequirementsSales Executive
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, admissions counseling, or EdTech sales.
Business Development Manager
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or partnerships.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven sales mindset
- Ability to handle both B2C admissions sales and B2B partnerships
- Interest in music, arts, or creative education is an advantage
