Role
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor with mandatory EdTech experience to counsel students, understand their requirements, recommend suitable courses, and support them through the enrolment process.
Responsibilities
Understand students’ academic and career goals.
Explain courses, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert interested students into enrolments.
Handle student/parent queries professionally.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
Achieve assigned counselling and enrolment targets.
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams.
Requirements
EdTech Experience mandatory
6 month experience in academic counselling, admissions, or education sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counselling, follow-up, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
CRM experience is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
