Job Description
Ecosmetix is looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage dispatch activities efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders as per schedule.
- Verify dispatch documentation, invoices, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain dispatch records.
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products before dispatch.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Manage and train dispatch staff to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of dispatch procedures and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
