REQUIREMENTS
-Fresher / preferably prior experience in a healthcare management or aesthetic clinical setup for minimum two years.
-Proven ability to convert consultations into treatment bookings and confidently manage high-value treatment plans while maintaining ethical patient care standards.
-Ability to close high ticket size bills and convince patients for procedures after consultation in a professional and ethical manner.
-Strong organizational, leadership and team management skills.
-Efficient, proactive and capable of handling day-to-day clinic operations.
-Responsible, punctual and committed to excellence.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong patient counseling and relationship-building abilities.
-Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth of the clinic.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
