Experience: 2+ years Job Description – Manager, Accounts Payable & Treasury Function: Finance & Accounts | Reports to: Financial Controller/Head of Finance Role Summary Own the Accounts Payable and Treasury function end-to-end — vendor and statutory payments, banking and investments, payroll disbursement, debt servicing, and cost MIS. Lead audit, due diligence workstreams for the AP/Treasury areas, and drive continuous improvement in controls, documentation, and automation. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Manage vendor payments in line with company policy and cash position; ensure accurate accruals and GL hygiene. Treasury: Monitor daily cash, bank balances, and credit facilities; manage FDs and mutual fund investments per the investment policy; publish daily and monthly cash/fund flow reports. Banking Operations: Own bank relationships, account opening/maintenance, and reconciliations; safeguard banking access and controls. Statutory Payments: Ensure timely payment of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory dues. Debt & Lease Servicing: Manage covenant monitoring, interest accruals, and repayments for debentures and finance leases. Payroll Disbursement: Review and execute monthly payroll, contractor payments, statutory contributions, and full-and-final settlements. Cost MIS: Drive monthly close for AP/Treasury — expense variance analysis, payroll reconciliation, and qualitative cost insights for the Controller. Audit & Compliance: Lead AP/Treasury support for statutory audit, due diligence, and IFC/RACM controls; maintain accounting manuals and process documentation. Candidate Profile SemiQualified CA/B.Com (Finance) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in AP, treasury, and controllership. Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, direct and indirect tax compliance, and banking operations. Experience in managing statutory audits, due diligence, and internal financial controls. Proficient in ERP (Tally/Zoho) and advanced Excel; exposure to finance process automation is a plus. High ownership, strong controls mindset, and ability to partner cross-functionally. Key Performance Indicators Adherence to monthly close timelines and zero missed statutory due dates. Clean reconciliations with timely resolution of discrepancies. On-time delivery of audit, Ind AS, and due diligence workstreams. Measurable improvement in process efficiency and controls.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
