Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Assist in planning events, conferences, and business visits.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and management dashboards as required.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
