About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our
multidisciplinary engineering and architecture team. The ideal candidate will support the
design and execution of industrial, pharmaceutical, FMCG, food & beverage,
warehousing, infrastructure, and institutional projects. This role is ideal for candidates
who are eager to gain hands-on experience in industrial architecture, technical detailing, and
project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, GA drawings, and detailed working drawings
using AutoCAD.
Assist in the planning and design of industrial facilities, factories, warehouses,
manufacturing units, pharmaceutical plants, and commercial buildings.
Develop concept drawings, schematic designs, tender drawings, and Good for
Construction (GFC) drawings.
Coordinate with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Project
Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections to monitor construction progress and
ensure design compliance.
Support space planning, plant layouts, utility planning, and industrial workflow
optimization.
Revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and engineering
requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, industrial
standards, and client specifications.
Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, design presentations, and project
documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors during different project stages.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
0–2 years of experience in architectural design or industrial project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Good understanding of architectural drafting, construction detailing, and industrial
building design.
Knowledge of building by-laws, construction practices, and architectural standards.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per month
