This is not a traditional social media internship focused only on posting content. You'll be involved in content ideation, storytelling, research, scriptwriting, content strategy, and social media management across a wide range of brands and industries while working with our entire production team.
About The Role
As a Content Strategy & Social Media Intern, you'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to identify content opportunities, develop ideas, create content plans, and support day-to-day social media execution.
Alongside client projects, you will also play an important role in managing and growing SeeTusk's own social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.
You'll help transform raw information, photos, videos, client insights, and agency activities into engaging social media content that builds audience engagement and brand awareness.
What You'll DoContent Research & Storytelling
- Review raw footage, photos, client notes, and reference materials to identify content opportunities.
- Turn scattered information into engaging content stories and social media narratives.
- Research topics, trends, audience interests, and cultural moments to support content creation.
- Find unique angles that make content more engaging, relevant, and shareable.
Content Ideation & Strategy
- Generate content ideas for founders, personal brands, restaurants, fashion brands, events, and businesses.
- Develop reel concepts, carousel ideas, story concepts, and recurring content series.
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning.
- Research trends and identify opportunities that align with client goals and brand positioning.
Scriptwriting & Creative Support
- Write hooks, captions, short-form scripts, and content briefs.
- Assist creative teams by providing context, references, and content direction.
- Help shape content that is engaging, authentic, and aligned with the brand's voice.
SeeTusk Content & Brand Building
- Contribute to and manage content for SeeTusk's Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
- Identify stories, projects, behind-the-scenes moments, team achievements, and agency updates that can be turned into content.
- Work with team members to gather information, photos, and context for posts.
- Help position SeeTusk as a creative agency through thoughtful content and storytelling.
Social Media Management
- Support content publishing and scheduling.
- Assist with community engagement and audience interactions.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience feedback where required.
- Maintain content organization and posting consistency.
Analytics & Insights
- Track content performance across platforms.
- Review social media insights and identify patterns.
- Provide basic recommendations based on content performance.
- Help identify which content formats, topics, and approaches are generating the best results.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills.

- Naturally curious and enjoys researching topics online.
- Understands what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and current content trends.
- Someone who notices stories and opportunities that others might miss.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience running a personal content page, newsletter, blog, or community.
- Basic understanding of content analytics and audience insights.
- Experience writing scripts, captions, or content plans.
- Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools.
- Interest in branding, marketing, entrepreneurship, fashion, hospitality, or creator businesses.
