Position: Tendering Manager
JOB ROLE:
Portal & Vendor Registration
1. Government Portals: CPPP, PSU, and various State e-Procurement portals.
2. Private Portals: Manage vendor empanelment and registration processes across various private corporate and enterprise client portals.
Tender Search & Technical Evaluation
3. Track, search, and identify relevant tenders daily across CPPP, State Portals, and Private tendering platforms.
4. Scrutinize Tender Documents (RFP/RFQ/NIT) to evaluate Technical Eligibility Criteria, Pre-Qualification (PQ) terms, financial turnover requirements, and required experience.
Bid Documentation & Submission
5. Prepare complete bid packages, including Technical Bids, Commercial Bids, Affidavits, Compliance Sheets, Annexures, and Power of Attorney documents.
6. Coordinate the processing of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), Bank Guarantees (BG), Demand Drafts, and Tender Fees.
7. Ensure timely and error-free submission of online bids on portals.
8. Track post-bid activities including Technical Evaluations, Price Bid Openings, Reverse Auctions (RA), and queries.
Business Development & Market Research
9. Liaise with Government procurement officers and Private procurement teams to explore new business opportunities.
10. Perform competitor analysis (pricing patterns, past L1 trends, and active market players).
11. Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), and contract signing post-bid wins.
Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering
Portal Proficiency: Deep, hands-on working knowledge of CPPP and major State e-Procurement portals.
Documentation & MS Office: Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF editor tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to read, interpret, and cross-verify complex technical terms in tender documents.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for client coordination and official email correspondence.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to work under strict deadlines with 100% accuracy in document submission.
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
