About Us
REDS | Rubenius Interior Wellbeing specializes in commercial interiors, experience centres, workplace design, retail, hospitality, and design & build solutions. We are looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to ensure a safe and compliant work environment across our project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at project sites.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for site personnel.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, permits, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, and evacuation drills.
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure housekeeping and safe working practices are maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in commercial interiors, construction, or fit-out projects.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or Diploma in Industrial Safety is preferred.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessments, and incident investigation.
- Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
