About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern / Full-Time Executive to join VLRConnectx and work on social media marketing for multiple brands and clients.
You will be involved in planning content, managing social media platforms, creating campaigns, analyzing performance, and helping brands build a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Write captions, post copy, hooks and basic marketing content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to execute content.
- Manage and schedule social media posts and reels.
- Research trends, competitors, hashtags and relevant industry topics.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Track engagement, reach, followers and other key metrics.
- Assist in developing social media strategies for different clients.
- Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media trends.
- Communicate with clients when required and understand their content requirements.
- Support paid social media campaigns and basic ad management.
Requirements
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing.
- Understanding of hashtags, engagement and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in social media marketing is preferred but freshers can apply.
For Interns
You will get hands-on experience working with real brands and clients, including content planning, social media management, campaign execution, analytics and digital marketing strategy.
