Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Coordination
- Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
Site Visits & Closures
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients
- Assist during site visits and provide project information
- Follow up with clients post-visit to address queries and move towards closure
- Maintain a structured follow-up process
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and client interactions
- Track sales data, inquiries, and conversions
- Prepare basic sales reports for management review
- Coordinate with marketing for lead management and campaign follow-ups
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about project details, pricing, payment plans, and approvals
- Understand local real estate market trends and competitor offerings
- Communicate value propositions clearly to clients
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts, legal, and operations teams during the sales process
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover post-booking

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
