Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive sourcing and disbursement of secured and unsecured business loans
✅ Manage and develop DSA, connector, and channel partner networks
✅ Lead and support sales teams to achieve business targets
✅ Build strong relationships with MSME customers and business communities
✅ Ensure portfolio quality and support collections activities
Eligibility
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services such as Bajaj, L&T, Oxyzo, Shriram Finance etc.
✔ Proven experience in Business Loans, SME Loans, LAP, or Working Capital Finance
✔ Strong market knowledge and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to lead teams and drive business growth
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
