Telecalling Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with prior sales experience who are eager to build a successful career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or business development.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
