Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in your work.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and tools used in ServiceNow development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
