Position: Backend Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle client calls and provide support related to software services
* Coordinate with clients to resolve queries and issues
* Manage backend operations and maintain accurate records
* Update and manage data in the company's software system
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution
* Prepare reports and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

* Good communication and client-handling skills
* Basic computer and software knowledge
* Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
