- Continental Commis I (1)
Salary Range:
- Chef De Partie (CDP): Up to ₹25,000 gross
- DCDP: Up to ₹21,000 gross
- Commis I: Up to ₹17,000 gross
- Commis II: Up to ₹14,000 gross
- Commis III: Up to ₹11,000 gross
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes as per assigned section
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist senior chefs in kitchen operations
- Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
- Handle kitchen equipment efficiently
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in respective cuisine/section
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
