What You'll Do
-Connect and interact with customers through calls, emails, to understand their requirements and queries
Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
-Build strong relationships with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
-Present The Fifth Veda's solutions confidently and help businesses choose the right services.
-Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
-Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
-Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
-Identify new business opportunities through networking and outbound outreach.
-What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience (service industry preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, client -handling and closing skills.
Ability to build trust with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and digital communication tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
Positive attitude with a consultative approach to selling.
