Key Responsibilities (What They Will Do)
- Grassroots Mobilization: Visit targeted low-profile and semi-urban residential areas surrounding Greater Noida West (e.g., Patwari, Shaberi, Milak, and surrounding villages) to build direct community connections.
- Canopy & Kiosk Activities: Set up promotional tables/canopies in high foot-traffic zones, local weekly markets, and middle-class residential societies to pitch healthcare courses directly to youth and parents.
- B2C Lead Generation: Actively approach people, distribute pamphlets, explain the high job placement rates of paramedical careers, and gather authentic student/parent contact data (Name, Phone, Qualification).
- Data Logging: Accurately maintain a daily log of all leads and student interactions on a smartphone app or simple Google Sheet.
- Center Footfall Support: Work in close synchronization with the center's counselor to ensure generated field leads are nurtured and motivated to walk into the center for final course admission.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent and persuasive conversational Hindi. Knowledge of local Western UP dialects/accents is a major plus. High-flier English is NOT required.
- Vehicle Ownership: Must own a functional two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for local fieldwork.
- Local Knowledge: Thorough familiarity with the inner routes, residential pockets, and local villages of Greater Noida West/Noida Extension/Lal Kuan Ghaziabad
- Attributes: High stamina for field marketing, strong rejection tolerance, street-smart negotiation skill, and an outgoing, confident personality.
- Experience: 12 months to 2 years of field experience in Telecom canopy sales (Jio/Airtel), broadband subscriptions, microfinance/rural loan collection, or student mobilization for ITIs/coaching centers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
