Job Description
Senior Manager, Compliance & NFR
Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive strategic delivery and transformation of C&NFR data, reporting, and governance capabilities. This leadership role will oversee large-scale reporting, RCSA, and governance operations while shaping the evolution toward a technology-enabled, data-driven risk management framework. The successful candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide change.
Responsibilities:

Provide strategic oversight of C&NFR data, reporting, and governance service delivery

Define and drive the vision for automated, insight-driven risk reporting and dashboarding

Lead the standardisation and simplification of reporting across business units
-
Oversee risk taxonomy, risk register governance, and control library optimisation at scale
-
Drive enterprise-wide data quality strategy and governance for risk datasets
-
Sponsor and lead MI automation, AI-enabled analytics, and predictive risk reporting initiatives

Provide leadership over RCSA frameworks, including transformation initiatives and uplift programs
-
Ensure robust action management, breach monitoring, and escalation frameworks are in place
-
Oversee governance forums and ensure high-quality engagement with executive committees and boards
-
Lead GRC tooling uplift, integration into data platforms, and workflow automation initiatives
-
Support regulatory programs, including governance code compliance and audit readiness
-
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of industry best practices
-
Act as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor to stakeholders across 1LOD and 2LOD

Manage teams, develop talent, and ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and strategic objectives
Qualifications:
-
CA , MBA, Post Graduate, CIA, CS, ICWA or related field.

10–15+ years of experience in non-financial risk, compliance, or enterprise risk management
-
Deep expertise in C&NFR frameworks, governance, and regulatory environments
-
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex delivery programs
-
Strong experience in data strategy, reporting transformation, and GRC tooling
-
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic initiatives
-
Demonstrated experience in service delivery, guiding junior staff, and working with cross functional teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
