Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding NEET & JEE preparation programs. The role involves counselling, lead conversion, and ensuring a smooth admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about NEET & JEE courses, curriculum, and career paths
- Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Conduct follow-ups to convert enquiries into admissions
- Explain fee structure, batches, scholarships, and admission procedures
- Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for onboarding
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any field (preferred: Education/Management background)
- 0–3 years of experience in counselling/sales (education sector preferred)
- Good understanding of NEET/JEE or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
