Accountant – Accounts & Finance
We are a Ferro Manganese Manufacturing Company looking for a responsible, detail-orientated, and experienced / semi experienced Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and ledger entries in Tally.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, bank accounts, vendors, and customers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, statements, MIS reports, and other financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Prepare Excel-based reports and assist in monthly financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments whenever required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries and reports.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience or CA Inter/CA Intermediate qualified candidates.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP / TallyPrime.
- Excellent working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance will be preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates should be capable of working independently and managing accounting responsibilities efficiently.
