Responsibilities:
- Statutory Records: Maintain accurate files for employee onboarding, attendance, leaves, and exit documents.
- Regulatory Filings: Coordinate inputs for payroll, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESIC).
- Audits & Risk: Prepare audit-ready reports and resolve gaps in labor law adherence.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
