Job Title: B2B Sales & Marketing Engineer – HoReCaJob Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales & Marketing Engineer with a strong background in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés & Catering) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new B2B clients, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships with hotels, restaurant chains, consultants, contractors, distributors, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the HoReCa segment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, catering companies, facility management firms, and institutional clients.
- Develop business through consultants, architects, kitchen planners, MEP contractors, and channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution-based sales discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project execution and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales within the HoReCa, commercial kitchen, food service equipment, hospitality solutions, HVAC, refrigeration, or allied industries.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project discussions.
