ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a people-first CRM Executive to manage our client database, run outreach campaigns, nurture leads, and maintain long-term relationships on behalf of SIONIQ. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to keep every client engaged and informed across the full lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update CRM records from the sales team — tracking Demos Scheduled, Demos Completed, In Negotiation, and Deal Closed
- Execute Email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns to showcase product updates, features, company news, and brand content
- Follow up with leads who visited SIONIQ exhibitions and move them into the active pipeline
- Distribute social media and marketing content to the client database on a regular, scheduled basis
- Coordinate with the sales team for client updates, flag stagnant deals, and escalate priority actions to the Sales Head
- Collect post go-live feedback from closed clients and share structured reports with internal teams
- Build and maintain warm, professional relationships with clients as a genuine representative of SIONIQ
- Participate in SIONIQ-organised exhibitions and trade events (domestic travel required)
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Sales Head
- Track all client records where the sales team is active and ensure CRM data is complete and accurate
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, inside sales, or client servicing
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Familiarity with email/WhatsApp campaign tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; regional language fluency preferred
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and client-facing events
