- Education Qualification should have M Sc Nursing.
- Should have 5 Yrs Teaching Experience
- Teaching & Instruction: Develop and deliver lesson plans, lectures, and laboratory sessions for B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing programs.
- Clinical Supervision: Guide students in clinical settings, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical patient care.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in creating, reviewing, and modifying the curriculum to meet Indian Nursing Council (INC) or regional nursing council standards.
- Student Evaluation: Prepare exams, grade student work, and assess clinical performance.
- Research & Professional Development: Conduct original nursing research, publish findings, and attend professional workshops.
- Mentorship & Administration: Advise students on academic goals, participate in faculty meetings, and assist in college accreditation processes.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
