Key Responsibilities
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
· Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
· Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
· Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
· Experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
· Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.
· Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
Qualifications
· Any Graduate / MBA HR / Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or any related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
