Required Skills:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with recent experience as a Technical Architect, Tech Lead, or Principal Engineer.
- Strong expertise in System Architecture, Distributed Systems, Backend Engineering, APIs, and Scalable Platform Design.
- Hands-on experience with Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), CI/CD, Automation-First Engineering, and Modern SDLC practices.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development, LLM-powered engineering workflows, code generation tools, and engineering automation.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, define architecture standards, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end product delivery.
