About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Grievance Executive to manage client concerns, complaints, and service-related escalations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of grievances while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client grievances, complaints, and escalations across various communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Documentation, Operations, Legal, and Accounts, to investigate and resolve client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, complaint status, follow-ups, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely resolution of grievances and escalate critical matters to management when required.
- Conduct client meetings, Zoom calls, and discussions to address concerns and provide case updates.
- Prepare grievance reports, analyze recurring issues, and share insights to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Support client retention by addressing concerns professionally and building positive client relationships.
Qualification and Experience
- Educational Qualification: Graduation preferred (any discipline).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Immigration, Customer Service, Client Relations, Grievance Handling, or a similar customer-facing role.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and empathetically.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
